Job Description:

  • Identify new markets, businesses, companies and partners.
  • Engage and interact with decision makers at senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities; Build lists for lead generation using web research, magazines and tele-verification.
  • Qualify prospects using a targeted approach for lead generation, including account mapping, account profiling, surveying, probing, tele-verification and market research.
  • Generate qualified leads and book appointments to conduct product demonstrations.
  • Meet Clients to understand their requirements and to showcase PracticeLeague products.
  • Follow-up rigorously with client to ensure a successful closure.

Responsibilities
Developing new features and user interfaces from wire-frame models.
Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application.
Fixing bugs and performance problems.
Writing clean, readable, and testable code.
Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions.

Skills
Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s).
Deep knowledge of both Android & iOS development is mandatory.
Proficiency with writing automated tests in JUnit, Espresso etc.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking, specifically Retrofit / Dagger
Familiarity with the JSON/XML formats.
Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of architectural patterns—MVP, MVC, MVVM and the ability to choose the best solution for the app.
Familiarity with Git & SVN
Familiarity with push notifications & Cloud services.
Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differences.

For our Pune development center, we are looking for highly self-motivated professionals with good communication skills.

Candidates having 2- 6 years of experience in Web application development using .NET framework 4.0/4.5, ASP.NET with C#, VS 2015/2017/2019 and MS SQL Server 2012/14/16/. Hands on experience in Javascript and jQuery.

Candidates having 3+ years of experience in software product support with excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle support queries.

Finance/audit background and ERP implementation/support experience is desirable.

Brief responsibilities:
- Support the internal customers for technical/queries
- Conduct regular training sessions to end users on various sections of the ERP
- Data quality audit/management for various section of the ERP including review/update/approval
- Help the team in cleaning of current data with the help finance/legal support staff
- Co-ordinating with Technical team in case of infrastructure issues
- Co-ordinating with Development team for any issues OR implementation of new changes/reports

• Proven ability to work with all members of an extended and diverse project team.
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills and ability to come up to speed and learn complex systems, rules, and business processes.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers in the agile process.
• Able to work closely with technical development team to isolate and identify issues.
• Help in troubleshooting, reproduction steps, and emergency triage when issues arise.
• Execute manual testing to complement or supplement automated testing.
• Coordinating with project stakeholders to execute the functional, integration and regression testing.
• Identify approaches for risk-based testing for each feature or scope of work in a project effort and prioritizes test execution in order to test high risk/high impact scenarios first.

Must Haves :
• 2+ years of QA Lead experience
• 3 + years experience in hands on functional testing
• Good knowledge of QA methodologies, procedures documentation.
• Good writing skill for technical documents.
• Experience in creating quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Strong experience with manual testing
• Must be self-starter and able to work independently as well as part of a team
