  • Primary responsibilities would be monthly closure of accounts
  • Reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
  • Annual financial budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting
  • Vendor Bill verification, Payment and Creditors Control

ERP implementation and support role.

The candidate will be deployed at the client location.

Experience : 3+ Yrs

Roles and Responsibilities:-
  • Interact with Client to gather the initial product implementation including product implementation, training, customization and data migration requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users on various modules of the PracticeLeague Products.
  • Provide excellent Client service in a proactive, timely and efficient manner.
  • Co-ordinate with Technical team in case of infrastructure issues.
  • Co-ordinating with Quality/Development team for any issues OR implementation of new changes.
  • Create documentation/quick help for new feature releases.

Job Description:

  • Identify new markets, businesses, companies and partners.
  • Engage and interact with decision makers at senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities; Build lists for lead generation using web research, magazines and tele-verification.
  • Qualify prospects using a targeted approach for lead generation, including account mapping, account profiling, surveying, probing, tele-verification and market research.

Responsibility is to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of our products to various clients for deployment into the user acceptance and production environments.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be directly responsible for completing the deployment deliveries with complete adherence to quality and schedule.
Manage the repository of the deployments including setup, scripts, deployment guide and release notes
Interact with Product support/Sales team to understand the modules/services/customization to be delivered
Interact with Client IT team to ensure infrastructure on which the application will be deployed are as per the requirements
Ensure that a detailed deployment plan has been documented along with a back out plan should anything go wrong during deployment
Validate that the product has been correctly packaged before deployment and ensure that all release controls have been satisfied
Release the pre-planned communications about the product to all stakeholders of the client after the deployment
Help client to configure the solution with masters and data uploads
Coordinate Product support team to conduct User Acceptance Testing
Help client IT team during the production movement and initial hand holding

Aspart of technology team, you will be responsible for understanding, analysing,designing, coding, testing, and documenting high-quality and high-performancesolutions using Microsoft .Net technologies. Additionally, you will workdirectly with our clients to identify, analyse, solve and document technicalproblems.

  • Participate in a collaborativedevelopment using PracticeLeague Scrum based Agile development methodology
  • Complete the work assignment as per thequality, schedule and adhere to all coding and documentationstandards of the assignment
  • Understand, Review and Analyze systemand programming specifications to resolve any possible misunderstandings as tothe assignment.
  • Participate in requirement analysis andprototyping phases in coordination with Product leader
  • Review, analyse and understand thetasks assigned
  • Code based on the requirements,prototypes and design guidelines utilizing the software tools to develop,document, test and debug programs/objects which have been assigned.
  • Develop and document test data, andperform testing to verify that the programs function correctly, and to ensurethat modifications have not caused errors in other parts of the program or ininterfacing programs.
  • Carry out various forms of testing –unit, string, system, acceptance, security, performance, etc., to ensure thatdesired test results are achieved and fix all the issues before sending it to thetesting team
  • Understand the issues/bugs and expected results andworking of your code
  • Conduct Test/ review sessions with QA & projectteam members
  • Co-ordinate with QA team members to troubleshoot and fix all the bugs reported by QA team and clients

Candidates mustexperience in Web application development using .NET framework 4.0/4.5, ASP.NETwith C#, VS 2015/2017/2019 and MS SQL Server 2012/14/16/. Hands on experiencein JavaScript and jQuery.

Candidates having 3+ years of experience in software product support with excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle support queries.

Finance/audit background and ERP implementation/support experience is desirable.

Brief responsibilities:
