Head – Marketing

Head of Marketing will be responsible to implement positive marketing initiatives and strategies to promote PracticeLeague as a brand and as a product. Your roles and responsibilities will be (not limited to) as follows:

  • Creating marketing strategies and finding innovative ways to connect with target audiences
  • Creating, planning and implementing all marketing programs, including message development, direct mail campaigns, special events and tradeshow marketing and other strategies.
  • Play an active role in the development of the brand strategy including target, positioning and messaging plan
  • External brand communication and developing insight – driven marketing strategy.
  • Lead agency and media interaction. Co-own the creative process.
  • Manage the internal brand building through employee engagement activities in collaboration with HR leading to attracting and retaining human talent.
  • Drive the brand salience among digital natives support offline and online social media activities.
  • Understanding the market demands of content and managing content creation.
  • Regular updates on websites, blogs, case studies, and content related matter
  • Keeping an eye on good content reports and maintains a repository for references.
  • Direct and oversee all the designs for blogs, websites, newsletters, etc.
  • Training and managing marketing team members, including performance reviews

Role: Human Resource Recruitment and Coordination

Recruitment:
- Work on the key positions at any given time for end-to-end Recruitment.

We are looking for Senior Sales resource to lead our team to expand market reach of our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals
  • Ownership of the development and execution of the respective sales plan.
  • Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for upper management, for organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
  • Responsible for local sales targets and sales processes
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
  • Define go-to-market sales strategy for our products in cooperation with Marketing

Required Skills:

Job Description:

  • Identify new markets, businesses, companies and partners.
  • Engage and interact with decision makers at senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities; Build lists for lead generation using web research, magazines and tele-verification.

Responsibility is to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of our products to various clients for deployment into the user acceptance and production environments.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be directly responsible for completing the deployment deliveries with complete adherence to quality and schedule.
Manage the repository of the deployments including setup, scripts, deployment guide and release notes
Interact with Product support/Sales team to understand the modules/services/customization to be delivered
Interact with Client IT team to ensure infrastructure on which the application will be deployed are as per the requirements
Ensure that a detailed deployment plan has been documented along with a back out plan should anything go wrong during deployment
Validate that the product has been correctly packaged before deployment and ensure that all release controls have been satisfied
Release the pre-planned communications about the product to all stakeholders of the client after the deployment
Help client to configure the solution with masters and data uploads
Coordinate Product support team to conduct User Acceptance Testing
Help client IT team during the production movement and initial hand holding

As a Strategic Content Writer, you will be in charge of creating high-quality content across channels, including our blog, social platforms, websites, videos (scripting), webinars, customer success stories, emails, landing pages, bylined articles and whitepapers. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be an expert at using words to reach, engage, and convert, and tying the performance of your content to metrics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Design, SEO, Sales to create high-quality, relevant content

  • Develop content that resonates with our core audiences: lawyers, law firms and corporate legal departments

  • Create and edit content across channels including our website, blog, social media, email and sales enablement collateral

  • Support GTM for each our product launches

  • Apply and maintain consistency with the brand voice and our content standards Key Requirements

  • Excellent writing and communication skills: able to craft engaging content across formats. Please include a link with samples of your work

  • At least 3 year of experience writing content for technical audiences

  • Experience working with Design teams

For our Pune development center, we are looking for highly self-motivated professionals with good communication skills.

Candidates having 10+ years of experience in Web application development using .NET framework 4.0/4.5, ASP.NET with C#, VS 2015/2017/2019 and MS SQL Server 2012/14/16/. Hands on experience in JavaScript and jQuery.

Responsibilities:
• Create test strategies or approaches.
• Proven ability to work with all members of an extended and diverse project team.
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills and ability to come up to speed and learn complex systems, rules, and business processes.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers in the agile process.
• Able to work closely with technical development team to isolate and identify issues.

• Coordinating with project stakeholders to execute the functional, integration and regression testing.
• Identify approaches for risk-based testing for each feature or scope of work in a project effort and prioritizes test execution in order to test high risk/high impact scenarios first.

Must Haves :
• 2+ years of QA Lead experience
• 3 + years experience in hands on functional testing
• Good knowledge of QA methodologies, procedures documentation.
• Good writing skill for technical documents.
