Roles and Responsibilities:-
  • Interact with Client to gather the initial product implementation including product implementation, training, customization and data migration requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users on various modules of the PracticeLeague Products.
  • Provide excellent Client service in a proactive, timely and efficient manner.
  • Co-ordinate with Technical team in case of infrastructure issues.
  • Co-ordinating with Quality/Development team for any issues OR implementation of new changes.
  • Create documentation/quick help for new feature releases.

Head – Marketing

Head of Marketing will be responsible to implement positivemarketing initiatives and strategies to promote PracticeLeague as a brand andas a product. Your roles and responsibilities will be (not limited to) asfollows:

  • Creating marketing strategies and finding innovative ways to connect with target audiences
  • Creating, planning and implementing all marketing programs, including message development, direct mail campaigns, special events and tradeshow marketing and other strategies.
  • Play an active role in the development of the brand strategy including target, positioning and messaging plan
  • External brand communication and developing insight – driven marketing strategy.
  • Lead agency and media interaction. Co-own the creative process.
  • Manage the internal brand building through employee engagement activities in collaboration with HR leading to attracting and retaining human talent.
  • Drive the brand salience among digital natives support offline and online social media activities.
  • Understanding the market demands of content and managing content creation.
  • Regular updates on websites, blogs, case studies, and content related matter
  • Keeping an eye on good content reports and maintains a repository for references.
  • Direct and oversee all the designs for blogs, websites, newsletters, etc.
  • Training and managing marketing team members, including performance reviews

Skills
Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s).
Deep knowledge of both Android & iOS development is mandatory.
Proficiency with writing automated tests in JUnit, Espresso etc.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking, specifically Retrofit / Dagger
Familiarity with the JSON/XML formats.
Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of architectural patterns—MVP, MVC, MVVM and the ability to choose the best solution for the app.
Familiarity with Git & SVN

For our Pune development center, we are looking for highly self-motivated professionals with good communication skills.

Candidates having 2- 6 years of experience in Web application development using .NET framework 4.0/4.5, ASP.NET with C#, VS 2015/2017/2019 and MS SQL Server 2012/14/16/. Hands on experience in Javascript and jQuery.

Candidates having 3+ years of experience in software product support with excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle support queries.

Finance/audit background and ERP implementation/support experience is desirable.

Must Haves :
