Roles and Responsibilities:-
  • Interact with Client to gather the initial product implementation including product implementation, training, customization and data migration requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users on various modules of the PracticeLeague Products.
  • Provide excellent Client service in a proactive, timely and efficient manner.
  • Co-ordinate with Technical team in case of infrastructure issues.
  • Co-ordinating with Quality/Development team for any issues OR implementation of new changes.
  • Create documentation/quick help for new feature releases.

Responsibility is to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of our products to various clients for deployment into the user acceptance andproduction environments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will be directly responsible for completing the deployment deliveries with complete adherence to quality and schedule.
  • Manage the respository of the deployments including setup, scripts, deployment guide and release notes
  • Interact with Product support/Sales team to understand the modules/services/customizations to be delivered
  • Interact with Client IT team to ensure infrastructure on which the application will be deployed are as per the requirements
  • Ensure that a detailed deployment plan has been documented along with a back out plan should anything go wrong during deployment
  • Validate that the product has been correctly packaged before deployment and ensure that all release controls have been satisfied
  • Release the pre-planned communications about the product to all stakeholders of the client after the deployment
  • Help client to configure the solution with masters and data uploads
  • Coordinate Product support team to conduct User Acceptance Testing
  • Help client IT team during the production movement and initial hand holding

As a Strategic Content Writer, you will be in charge of creating high-quality content across channels, including our blog, social platforms, websites, videos (scripting), webinars, customer success stories, emails, landing pages, bylined articles and whitepapers. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be an expert at using words to reach, engage, and convert, and tying the performance of your content to metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Design, SEO, Sales to create high-quality, relevant content

  • Develop content that resonates with our core audiences: lawyers, law firms and corporate legal departments

  • Create and edit content across channels including our website, blog, social media, email and sales enablement collateral

  • Support GTM for each our product launches

  • Apply and maintain consistency with the brand voice and our content standards Key Requirements

  • Excellent writing and communication skills: able to craft engaging content across formats. Please include a link with samples of your work

  • At least 3 year of experience writing content for technical audiences

  • Experience working with Design teams
