The client need was very specific at the beginning which was pertaining to only a few areas which required automation. With our extensive experience, it was easy for us to identify the factors contributing to the unstructured system. Automating a single factor creates a chaos in maintaining the other systems , whereas automating the complete stack of the legal department's need makes it a seamless workflow.

A few of the important tasks included, keeping a track of upcoming court hearings, listing of empanelled lawyers and tracking of legal spending on each matter. All of which needed to be documented real-time, regularly updated and periodically tracked. Moreover, integration with other systems was another challenge. At one end, the Financial impact of each litigation was to be linked with their ERP. At the other end, Document Management was to be streamlined ensuring a checklist of required documents for each company/project was maintained in compliance with the RERA obligations and limited access was granted to external users to upload any related documents.
