Must have experience in Web application development using .NET framework 4.0/4.5, ASP. NET with C#, VS 2015/2017/2019 and MS SQL Server 2012/14/16/.
Hands on experience in JavaScript and jQuery is a plus.
Experience in React.JS will be an added advantage.
As a part of the technology team, you will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and documenting high-quality and high-performance solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies. Additionally, you will work directly with our clients to identify, Analyse, solve and document technical problems.
Participate in a collaborative development using Practice League Scrum based Agile development methodology
Complete the work assignment as per the quality, schedule and adhere to all coding and documentation standards of the assignment
Understand, review, Analyse system and programming specifications to resolve any possible misunderstandings as to the assignment.
Participate in requirement analysis and prototyping phases in coordination with Product leader
Review, Analyse and understand the tasks assigned
Code based on the requirements, prototypes and design guidelines utilizing the software tools to develop, document, test and debug programs/objects which have been assigned.
Develop and document test data and perform testing to verify that the programs function correctly, and to ensure that modifications have not caused errors in other parts of the program or in interfacing programs.
Carry out various forms of testing –unit, string, system, acceptance, security, performance, etc., to ensure that desired test results are achieved and fix all the issues before sending it to the testing team
Understand the issues/bugs and expected results and working of your code
Conduct Test/ review sessions with QA & project team members
Co-ordinate with QA team members to troubleshoot and fix all the bugs reported by QA team and clients
Conduct Acceptance testing with internal/external customers.
Analyse performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.
Participate in code walk-throughs/reviews and corrections
Assist other team members in achieving team goals
Assist in the release/deployment/migration of the various modules
Participate, learn and conduct internal training on new/upcoming technologies
Report work progress, time spent, change in delivery timeline to superiors/clients as applicable.

-Assist clients configure the product as per their process requirements
Technicaland Soft Skills requirements: -
- 3-6Years of experience in software product support / client facing roles
-Knowledge of SQL and understanding of APIs would be an added advantage
- Priorwork experience in SaaS product companies is an added advantage
- Clearverbal and written communication skills
-Approachability and understanding sensitivity of client issues
- Goodteam working skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams as well asend clients.
-Openness to understand new technologies and tools
