Job Description:

RazorSign is looking for detailed oriented Client Enablement Executive. This role will be directly accountable for the overall success of the implementation/ roll-out of the products according to strict deadlines and to budget. You will be responsible for overall execution including planning, overall approach, target market/customer, technologies, time frames, deliverables, scope, risk, efforts, etc. It also includes defining or adopting the specific process/procedures that will be used to manage the product.

As delivery executive you must work closely with your manager in constantly championing the product features and functionality and you must explain/demonstrate your product capabilities and benefits of the product to other USIL team members, to new employees, sales team, customers etc., anytime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand process for Configuration modelling for all products
  • Assist manager in Onboarding of the client
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, and Support) to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Configure product settings, integrations, and custom workflows as per client requirements.
  • Document client requirements, configuration details, and implementation milestones.
  • Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide proactive solutions.
  • Track and report on project progress, client satisfaction, and key onboarding metrics.
  • Provide training and enablement support to clients, post-implementation to drive adoption.
  • Identify process improvements and share client feedback with the product and success teams
  • Conceptualize and formulate best of solutions in close collaboration with business that effectively address key implementation objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience 0 to 3 years in client onboarding, implementation, or within a SaaS or IT environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, BE or related field
  • Collaborative/ cooperative and a sales approach
  • Conflict resolution and negotiations skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Basic understanding of APIs, data mapping, or integrations (preferred)

Job Description

As an Executive- Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while developing and implementing effective sales strategies and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to senior decision-makers and C-level executives
  • Connect with prospects via LinkedIn (connection requests, follow-ups, meeting asks)
  • Send professional and personalized emails to fix meetings
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and meetings fixed
  • Follow up consistently to convert conversations into confirmed meetings

Requirements:

  • 0 - minimum 3 years of experience in BD / SDR / Tele-sales / Inside Sales
  • Experience working with B2B, SaaS, or enterprise clients
  • Prior experience in fixing meetings for sales team
  • Strong experience in phone calling & meeting fixation.
  • Proven ability to speak confidently with C-level executives.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
  • Ability to clearly ask for time and close on meeting confirmation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High energy, persistence, and comfort with rejection
